A new construction home in a golf course community desperately needed color, warmth and individuality. Our client loves red, and desired unique. We used our own faux leather technique in the office, duplicating the lines of the Indio Mountains outside the window; leaves from the area were “mono-printed” to cascade down the walls of the kitchen; the spiral combining masculine and feminine appears delightfully in different rooms; we created sunbursts and had fun with golf balls. A complete make-over; a sterile house blossoms into an extraordinary home.
